ABSTRACT

P-V.ⓢ specializes in editorial design, brand identity, art direction, and digital presence (web and social media). Our goal is to create projects that reflect each brand’s values and communication needs. Through a conceptual research, we develop distinctive, recognizable, and honest graphic design solutions.

PIFARRÉ—VALLEJO is the design studio of Adrià Pifarré Vallejo. His career began in 2011 when he co-founded the project No más tuppers de mamá alongside Carlos Román. Following the success of this venture, in 2014, they partnered with other designers to establish Outro Studio. During this time, they worked with clients such as Etnia Barcelona, Nike, Ajuntament de Barcelona, Pull&Bear… taking on roles as a graphic designer and art director, leading projects and teams, and managing productions for over 300 projects. He also had the opportunity to give lectures and workshops in countries such as the United States, Mexico, France, and Portugal. In 2018, Outro concluded its operations, marking a turning point in Adrià’s career. He transitioned into freelance work and founded his own studio, collaborating with clients like The Issue Ten, Hercules Universal, VISO Project, Ajuntament de Barcelona, ICUB, Desigual, Rare Beauty, Christie’s… In parallel, in 2020, he began teaching at LCI University and Labasad, where he mentors students in editorial, project development and final degree projects.

CAT Disseny editorial per a Display Copy, una revista que explora la moda a través de la roba de segona mà i les peces vintage seleccionades amb cura. Inspirada en la reutilització i la longevitat de les peces al llarg del temps, la publicació utilitza paper reciclat lleuger de 80 g per generar una sensació de capes, transparències i superposicions. El llenguatge gràfic es redueix a una única tipografia, cos i pes, prenent com a referència l’estètica funcional de les etiquetes de cura de la roba i les seves instruccions per preservar, reparar i allargar la vida útil de les peces.

ESP Diseño editorial para Display Copy, una revista que explora la moda a través de la ropa de segunda mano y las prendas vintage cuidadosamente seleccionadas. Inspirada en la reutilización y la longevidad de las prendas a lo largo del tiempo, la publicación utiliza papel reciclado ligero de 80 g para generar una sensación de superposición, transparencia y capas. El lenguaje gráfico se reduce a una única tipografía, cuerpo y peso, tomando como referencia la estética funcional de las etiquetas de cuidado de la ropa y sus instrucciones para preservar, reparar y prolongar la vida útil de las prendas.

ENG Editorial design for Display Copy, a magazine exploring fashion through second-hand clothing and expertly curated vintage garments. Inspired by the reuse and longevity of clothing over time, the publication uses lightweight 80gsm recycled paper to create a sense of layering, transparency and overlapping compositions. The graphic language is reduced to a single typeface, size and weight, borrowing from the functional aesthetics of garment care labels and their instructions for preserving, repairing and extending the life of clothes.
